Compact Multi-Format Analog Video Generator Meets HDTV Needs

 

 

Hauppauge, NY, April 2000 . . . Leader Instruments Corporation announces the release of the LT 446, a multi-format HD analog component video generator that meets the need in manufacturing, QC and maintenance operations for a source of analog test signals for HDTV systems.

Output components are available in YPbPr or GBR form with tri-level sync on each of the three feeds. Available test signals include a new monoscope pattern, 100% color bars, crosshatch, dots, 100% flat white field, line sweep, 10, 32 and 256 step gray scale, ramp, circle pattern and field of characters. The unit also outputs composite tri-level sync, horizontal and vertical drive.

The compact, lightweight LT 446 finds easy application for bench use, and is an ideal tool for field use with monitors and large displays that require analog drives.
