Cypress, CA.... Leader Instruments Corporation introduces a new series of professional video monitoring products; the LV 7700 HD/SD-SDI Rasterizer and the LV 7720 SD-SDI Rasterizer.

Waveform, vector, picture, audio, status, data analysis and error reporting screens are provided on your monitor in several screen combinations. Test results and test screens are output via a DVI-I connector and can drive VGA/XGA monitors.
Compatible with 17 SD and HD standards, the LV 7700 provides for 2 auto-sensing SD/HD inputs (LV 7720 only provides for SD inputs).
The selected input is reclocked and can be fed to a downstream process.
For external reference, the unit accepts tri-level sync or NTSC or PAL blackburst.
The instrument can be controlled via front panel or remote controlled via Ethernet.
The operating software for the LV 7700 is the same as for the LV 5750 and LV 5700A; this reduces the learning curve for current LV5700 series owners and allows all customers a choice between a rasterizer (LV 7700), a portable instrument (LV 5750) or the studio monitor (LV 5700A). One test solution in three convenient configurations.

OTHER ALTERNATIVES: Model LV 5750 adds a built in XGA LCD display in a highly portable package. Model LV 5700A (half rack, 3 rack units high) adds a built in XGA LCD display and provides room for additional signal monitoring options (composite signal monitoring, MPEG stream decode and monitor, external audio monitoring, eye pattern monitoring, etc).
